Republic Act No. 10963 or the TRAIN Law, which took effect on January 1, 2018, introduced the EIS requiring taxpayers in e-commerce, large taxpayers, and exporters within the next five (5) years from the TRAIN Law’s effectivity, or on or before January 1, 2023, to electronically issue their invoices or receipts, as well as report their sales data to the BIR at the point of sale.

Online Ports Charges Exemption is a web application based on the modern web API design and only a subset of PPA’s Web API Set of web applications. Its goal is to validate commodities being exported from different exporters in the country. It also acts as a transaction server and an audit system for commodity exports being processed from its clients such as International Container Terminal Services Inc. along with its country-wide customers.
This service is not limited to ICTSI, but for all our port clients having the same port operations as their service.

FCER is a web api system dedicated for the service of providing foreign currency exchange via the PPA Web API System. There are modes in which a particular sytem can subscribe and use the functionality of this web api service. From Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Real-time service and PPA exchange rate method.
This system is currently under Alpha release.
